FAQ

We have compiled a list of some of the most frequently asked questions about staying at our Hotel. If you still do not find the answer to your query, please kindly contact us, we’d be more than willing to assist you.

STAYING WITH US

  • What are Check-in & Check-out times?
    • Check-in is from 14:00PM onwards and Check-out is at 12:00PM (Noon).
  • Can I Check-in early/Late Check-out?
    • Depends on room availability. You may be charged a fee for late check-out depending on the time requested.
  • What is your cut-off time for late Check-in?
    • Our reception is available 24 hours. We would greatly appreciate any notification should your arrival be delayed.
  • What payment methods are accepted at the Hotel?
    • We accept cash, credit card payment and QR code transfer (Thai Bank transfer). For online credit card payments, we require a physical card with the same name as the reservation name to be presented upon arrival.
  • Is there a deposit?
    • A 1000 THB cash deposit is required per hotel room.
  • What are your policies/fees for children?
    • Children under the age of 4 years old can stay for free of charge (no extra bed) as long as they are with a parent/guardian. One child under the age of 11 years old may utilise the existing bed(s) without extra charges.
  • What are your policies/fees for extra bed(s)?
    • Only one extra bed per room. Extra bed costs 550 THB/person without breakfast and 700 THB/person with breakfast.
  • Do you have baby cot(s)?
    • Baby cot is available free of charge. Baby cot can be used for children only up to the ages of 1 years old (12 months old).
  • Can I stay with my Pet?
    • We are unable to accommodate pets at our Hotel.
  • Is there a currency exchange on site?
    • We are unfortunately unable to exchange currency at the Hotel. There are however a total of 8 Thai Commercial banks within a 650m distance from the hotel. Banks are open from 08.00 - 16.00 hrs on weekdays only.
  • How can I make a reservation with the Hotel?
    • You can reserve your stay with us directly via email or phone call. You can also book with us through our Hotel Facebook page, Whatsapp, Official LINE page or via online travel agencies such as Booking.com / Trip.com / Expedia.com / Agoda.com / Ticket.com / Traveloka.com
  • Can I change my reservation dates/extend my stay?
    • Please inform us in advance if you need to change your reservation dates. The reservation can be accepted or denied depending on room availability during those dates.
  • Do you have rooms with a balcony?
    • Our only rooms with a balcony are our Deluxe Room with Balcony. Our other room types do not have balconies.
  • Do you have wheelchair accessible rooms?
    • We have one accessible room which is a Standard Room.
  • Do you have connecting rooms?
    • We do not have any connecting rooms.
  • Is smoking allowed?
    • Smoking of any kind (cigarettes, e-cigarettes, cannabis etc.) is prohibited.

FACILITIES & SERVICES

  • Does The Hotel have Wifi?
    • Free Wifi is available for Hotel guests.
  • Does The Hotel have a Swimming Pool?
    • We have a 14m/45ft Swimming Pool. It is open from 08:00AM-20:00PM everyday. Food & Drink are not allowed in the Swimming Pool area.
  • Can outside guests use the Swimming Pool/Do you have a Swimming Pool Day-use package?
    • Only Hotel guests may use the Swimming Pool. We currently do not offer day-use packages.
  • Does The Hotel have an Elevator/Lift?
    • Our Hotel does have an Elevator/Lift.
  • Does The Hotel have a Gym?
    • Our Hotel has a small fitness centre. It is open from 06:30AM-20:00PM everyday.
  • Does The Hotel have Meeting Rooms?
    • Our Hotel has 2 small meeting rooms. For more information, please contact our Front Office or Reservations department.
  • Does The Hotel have Laundry Services?
    • We do not have any Laundry Services on-site in the Hotel. There is a small Laundry service shop nearby about 5 minutes walk from the Hotel.
  • Does The Hotel have any Massage/Spa/Beauty services?
    • We do not have any Beauty Salon/Massage or Spa services on-site in the Hotel. There is however a Thai Massage Parlor and Nail Salon next to the hotel.
  • Does The Hotel have Self-cooking facilities/Kitchen for guests to use?
    • We do not have any Self-cooking facilities for guests.
  • Does The Hotel provide Tour packages?
    • Please inquire with our Front Office or Reservations Team via email or upon arrival.
  • Can I leave my luggage with the Hotel?
    • You may leave your luggage with us at The Hotel only on the day of your arrival before check-in and day of departure after check-out. We do not offer any long-term luggage holding services.

RESTAURANT & CUISINE

 

  • What are my options for meals?
    • We serve breakfast and lunch in our Hotel restaurant cafe “The Midtown Cafe”.
  • What time is breakfast / lunch available?
    • Breakfast starts from 06:30-10:30 AM. Lunch is from 11:00AM-14:00PM. Takeaway coffee and tea is available till 15:00PM.
  • What are your fees for Breakfast?
    • Breakfast is 200 THB/person. For children under the age of 11 years old breakfast is 150 THB/child and free for children under 4 years old.
  • What kind of Breakfast do you serve?
    • We offer 6 breakfast set meals that you can choose from as well as a mini buffet. 
  • Do you provide Room Service?
    • Room Service is available daily from 09:00AM-14:00PM.
  • Do you provide Dinner Service?
    • We currently do not serve dinner in our restaurant. 

ACCESS & PARKING

 

  • Does your Hotel have Parking?
    • The Hotel has Parking which is free of charge for Hotel Guests.
  • How far is the Hotel from The Airport?
    • It takes approximately 1 hour from Phuket Airport to The Hotel.
  • Does The Hotel have Airport transfer/Taxi services?
    • We currently only offer airport transfer and Taxi services from the Hotel only
    • Should you need a taxi from the airport to the hotel, please kindly contact the airport taxi counter services.
    • It should cost approximately 800 THB to get the hotel from the airport.
    • For other taxi services from our hotel, please contact our front office team. 
  • How can I get to The Hotel via Airport Bus?
    • The Airport bus service runs from 08.00 - 20.30 hrs everyday and takes approximately 1-2 hours to reach Phuket Town. We recommend for you to get off at Bus Terminal 1 which is located 900m (12 minute walk) from the hotel or a 5-minute taxi ride.
  • How far is The Hotel from the Phuket Old Town Walking-Street Market and When is it held?
    • The market is held every Sunday on Thalang Road and Phang Nga Road. It is a 5 minute walk from The Hotel.
  • Is The Hotel near the beach?
    • The Hotel is not near the beach. It is in Phuket Old Town. The closest beach is Rawai Beach which is 15km away (30 mins). Patong Beach is 14.5km away and takes about 40 mins by taxi.
  • Does The Hotel have a convenience store/is near a Shopping Mall?
    • The closest convenience store is a 5 minute walk from The Hotel. The largest Shopping Mall is Phuket Central Festival and Central Floresta which is 4km away.

OTHER

 

  • We are staying for a special occasion i.e. Honeymoon, Birthday etc. Is it possible to request for some special arrangements?
    • Please kindly contact our reservations team at least 24 hours in advance for us to properly prepare additional special occasion arrangements. 
  • Bathrooms
    • All our hotel rooms have a private ensuite bathroom. There are no rooms with bathtubs.
  • Beds
    • We have twin bed rooms (2 single beds) or double beds. Our twin beds are 3.5ft wide whereas our double is King sized and is 7ft. It is not possible to combine two twin beds to make a double bed. Please kindly book a double bed room.
